the hotel shuttle to the parks was pretty convenient.

the room had a musty smell i didn't love and i emailed about it asking for air freshener, but no one ever responded. also, the old fabric chair smelled kind of funky. it really seemed like the carpet needed a deep clean or just replacement.

i found the shuttle service to the parks very convenient. it runs every hour, quite helpful. the room was spacious (i especially liked that), clean, and generally comfortable. i appreciated that the hotel is within walking distance to disney springs.

i noticed the walls seemed slightly thin. i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms, but it wasn't a major disruption.

The pastries in the coffee shop were very good (i sampled a few!). i also saw the resort offers a pool bar, but i did not use it. mickey waffles are available. I thought that was a fun touch.

the staff was helpful and friendly. they were quick to answer all my questions via text before my arrival. the restaurant staff seemed funny and attentive when i briefly interacted with them. the valet parking staff were also awesome.
